  • Excessive Heat – You’re going to also need to make sure you adjust your body to the extreme heat that the country faces. Making sure you’re hydrated at all times is necessary for good health. Make sure you get a room with an air conditioner.
  • Avoid Smog – Another problem to avoid for good health when traveling to India is the smog. Try to limit your time outdoors in the big cities or make sure you wear a breathing mask or take other precautions. This can be difficult in some cities, so try to spend some time outside the large cities if at all possible.
